- You have 14 days to return your order from the date your order has been delivered.

- There is no partially delivery or Partially return.

KidsArabia Doesn't offer Exchange Policy.

-Items returned must be unused, unworn items with their labels still intact with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

-The amount will be refunded after inspecting and approving the returned products within one working week (7 working days).

-Returns that do not meet KidsArabia Return Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be processed.

-It is not possible to open the package on the door or return it on the spot with the courier. If you face any problem, you can return it as per our return policy.

·Please note that the shipping fees vary between governorates. Refunds will be made AFTER deducting the shipping fees. 
Refund method will be via a bank account or Wallet.
